Life at VGI

We are a deliberately small firm. Every person at VGI has direct access to senior leadership and client exposure from their first day. We do not operate in practice groups or hierarchical pyramids—we expect everyone to think independently, contribute ideas across our three practice areas, and take ownership of their work.

Candidates for roles at VGI typically have 5-15 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, diplomacy, or government service. We look for intellectual curiosity, cross-cultural fluency, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insight.
